SITTING ROOM

Our comfortable sitting room with sofas. A beautiful original fireplace that keeps the room nice and cosy and the initial supply of fuel is provided. Beautiful wooded flooring with central heating and features a flat screen TV with a DVD player and a selection of films. 

For Christmas the owners will provide a decorated Christmas tree with a few decorations around the room. 

KITCHEN

The well- equipped kitchen is accessed via the livingroom and is noteable for its fabulous slate flagstone flooring. An electric oven with ceramic hob, microwave, freestanding fridge-freezer and washer-dryer are all included. The kitchen table serves as a dining area for our guests. The view from the kitchen looks towards Ennerdale Water, with the Western Fells (including Great Borne, Starling Dodd and Gavel Fell) in the distance. 

The rear garden is accessed via the kitchen; it is a simple enclosed rectangular space with slate shillies and flagstones on the ground and outdoor table and chairs to seat four people.

BATHROOM 

Our bathroom has a full suit with over bath shower. Beautifully tiled floor. Heated towel rail. Stunning views from the window onlooking  to Great Bonne & Herdus!
